SCHEDULED ORDERS AND STOCK HOLDING
JD Photo Data are always looking for new ways to improve our service and help save you money. One such improvement is to offer our customers both scheduled and stock holding services. If you are looking to order a particular PCB in high volumes but do not require a one drop delivery, then we can hold and deliver to your specific scheduled dates. Alternatively, we will store your product for a maximum of 12 months for you to call off on an ad-hoc basis within that 12-month period.
PROTOTYPE PCB MANUFACTURE
As well as small, medium and large volume, we have manufacturers who specialise in fast turnaround prototype PCBs.
Prototyping is a crucial step in preparing your specified circuit designs for a full manufacturing run to ensure the core circuits of your design will function as intended. JD Photo Data offers fast, reliable and cost-effective PCB’s from 24 hours landed UK or 5 days landed offshore.

Lost your CAD-generated design/Gerber files? Need a schematic for repair? Need to re-engineer a legacy board? JD Photo Data can scan your Films, Drawings and actual PCB’s and create Gerber and NC Drill data for PCB manufacture.
As the UK ScanCAD distributor, we can also supply you with the software and hardware for you to reverse engineer in-house.
